Great location for town and Penkenbahn lift

Good location, large bed rooms with plenty of storage

No lounge area, just table in kitchen. Would have been good to have single beds option for friends (dbls are 2x singles with dbl sheet over)

It's nicely placed in the middle of Mayrhofen. We could check in early

The rooms were full of bugs The living space smelled bad We found spiderwebs in the rooms in the day we arrived indicating it wasn't cleaned. They even have a 100+ euro cleaning fee in the price breakdown The host entered the premises while we were away skiing and took unsorted trash and at the end of the stay sent a message that unsorted trash has to be charged extra. The host didn't even answer or call the morning of departure Some staff i think came the morning of departure before check-out time

apartment was a bit dated and kitchen area could do with a good clean and some repairs to cabinet doors etc. The living area also needs a good cleaning and mats and seat cushions steam cleaned. very disappointed with the dirt of the sofa bed in the living area. A lot of dirty stains that could easily be cleaned. more care required with the cleaning of the apartment.

Location is nice, appartment overall is ok. But clean wise is far from ok.

Accessible location in the center with a free parking lot.

The house is very very dirty, looks like it wasn't cleaned for a while (except bathroom). Spiders and cobwebs, big 'balls' of dust after a few days on the floors (coming from places like under the bed). Lot of silverfishes.

Great apartment close to the city center. The host overbooked and let us to sort it out :/

This apartment is huge and comfy. I would easily recommend it to a larger group of people. Parking is under the building, Wi-Fi is good and the location is perfect. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the main street of Mayrhofen. However, before booking read the negative part of the review.

Just under 24 hours before leaving I was informed, that already confirmed booking isn't possible, as the host (German agency) booked for our last day already another group. The morning before leaving I had to reschedule, pay again for the shorter stay as the first payment was already done, and find another place to stay for the last day. The host didn't offer any help to resolve this. I find this very unprofessional and even though I like the place I would think twice before the future booking.

Location, beds and size of apartment was great.

The hosts said they cleaned, but this was not true according to the dust and spiderwebs. Brown water out of the taps when using the first time. Also the host let himself in the apartment unannounced.

Nieprzyjemny pobyt pod presją nadgorliwego właściciela

Dobra lokalizacja oraz wygodny materac - to by było na tyle dobrego. Sam apartament był przestrzenny, ale wyposażenie bardzo przeciętne, a nawet bardzo skromne. Po meblach widać, że apartamenty mają już swoje lata.

Przede wszystkim ogromnym rozczarowaniem było zachowanie właściciela. Uważajcie na depozyt – aż 500 EUR, obowiązkowo płatny z góry. Zanim dokonacie bezzwrotnej rezerwacji, koniecznie bardzo dokładnie przeczytajcie ofertę, bo po jej opłaceniu zaczyna się prawdziwa lawina maili z ostrzeżeniami, zakazami i regulaminami. Na każdym kroku podkreślają, że przy najmniejszym naruszeniu regulaminu depozyt zostanie obciążony, co tworzy nieprzyjemną atmosferę jeszcze przed przyjazdem. Na miejscu sytuacja była jeszcze gorsza. Właściciel potrafił wejść do domu bez pukania, o godzinie 17:30, i żądać „ciszy”, mimo że nie byliśmy głośno. To było wyraźne naruszenie naszej prywatności i poczucia komfortu. Dodatkowo wieczorami wyłączane były światła na korytarzu – mam nadzieję, że była to awaria, a nie celowe działanie. Jeśli chodzi o sam apartament, to mimo pobieranej opłaty za sprzątanie, czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. W kuchni była widoczna i nieestetyczna dziura po zamrażarce, co wyglądało naprawdę źle. Podsumowując – miejsce ma potencjał, ale sposób zarządzania i podejście właściciela skutecznie psują pobyt. Nie polecam i na pewno nie wrócę.

Onbeschofte gastheer

Nog vóórdat we überhaupt waren gearriveerd, kregen we al een telefoontje van de verhuurder met dreigende taal. Hij benadrukte dat we ons strikt aan de regels moesten houden en waarschuwde direct dat hij onze borg van €1000 zou inhouden en de politie zou bellen bij enige overtreding. Toen we eenmaal aankwamen, sloeg de sfeer binnen enkele uren volledig om. Nog vóór 18:00 uur op de eerste dag zaten we rustig in de woonkamer met een drankje en wat gezelligheid. Geen harde muziek, geen geschreeuw, geen overlast – gewoon een ontspannen begin van ons verblijf. Blijkbaar had de vorige groep huurders voor problemen gezorgd (waar zelfs de politie aan te pas moest komen), en werden wij zonder enige aanleiding over één kam geschoren met hen. In plaats van een normale, professionele benadering werden we direct op een onbeleefde manier aangesproken. De echte escalatie begon toen de verhuurder hoorde dat er zes auto's op het terrein stonden. We mochten oorspronkelijk vier auto's parkeren en na overleg met de eigenaar stond er een vijfde auto. Eén gast parkeerde per ongeluk (in de nacht) een zesde auto,. Dit was uiteraard een vergissing en we boden direct aan om de auto te verplaatsen. In plaats van deze situatie rustig op te lossen, reageerde de verhuurder echter agressief. Hij noemde ons ‘leugenaars’, beweerde dat de vijfde auto ook niet toegestaan was en beschuldigde ons van het overtreden van de regels, zonder enige ruimte voor uitleg of gesprek. Hij gaf aan dat hij ons het liefste direct zag vertrekken en nooit meer terug wilde zien Daarbij ontvingen we kort daarna een e-mail waarin we werden gewaarschuwd dat als we nog één regel zouden overtreden, we onmiddellijk uit het hotel gezet zouden worden. Dit dreigement maakte duidelijk hoe de verhuurder onze vakantie niet als een ontspannen ervaring, maar als een autoritair regime beschouwde. De manier waarop we behandeld zijn, was onprofessioneel, onbeschoft en totaal niet gastvrij. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug.

Vi havde en dejlig tur til mayrhofen, men synes dog at det var generelt dyre end sidste år.

Fine værelser med god plads. Fin altan og god udsigt til bjergene.

Køkkenet var for lille og der var for lidt tallerkner, glas etc. Gryder var for små til at lave mad til 8. VI havde spurgt om der var viskestykker vaske tabs etc, og fik et surt svar om et det var der ikke, og at vi bare kan læse beskrivelsen. og når vi så kommer der ned, så er der det hele alligevel. Så svar os dog ordentligt.

Top locatie ik kom zeker terug

De bedden waren prima, jammer alleen dat er geen los bedlinnen is, in 2 van de drie kamers kun je de twee persoons bedden prima als enkele bedden inzetten en met een vrienden groep wel zo makkelijk. Keuken was goed in orde zeker om zelf eens gezellig te koken de keuken is een echte leuke leef plek

Televisie aansluiting met net zou fijn zijn maar hij is op internet aangesloten dus je kan prima Netflixen en wij hadden ons Apple kastje mee dus ook gewone televisie gestreamd

En god lejlighed godt placeret i byen, der med små forbedringer kunne gøres endnu bedre.

Gode store dobbeltværelser og god beliggenhed i byen i forhold til kabinelift og indkøbsmuligheder.

Køkkenforhold ikke helt i top for en gruppe på 8 voksne - og der mangler stue/fællesområde (meget trængt om spisebordet i køkkenet). Køleskab var for lille til så stor en lejlighed.
