Nothing I don’t like.

Good location. Friendly staff. Very clean . Nicely decorated. Parking right next to the hotel
Maybe lots of stairs , no lift ( although this didn’t affect us but might put off more elderly guests). No air conditioning, room was quite warm in February so would be far worse in the summer months. We had to have the window open and due to its close proximity to a main road it was quite noisy.

Lovely hotel, fabulously decorated with on site restaurant as a bonus - restaurant was on the pricier side but the food was excellent, our room was absolutely lovely - very quiet despite facing the road, we were on the top floor. Very comfy bed, great shower and good facilities in the room. Staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is no lift (for those who might need one) and there are a lot of stairs to upper floor rooms so mention this if you don't like / aren't able to climb a lot. Fabulous hotel and we'll be back.

Good location nice room.
Loud music right under our room - we weren’t aware they had live music that went on late.
Breakfast was cold, waitress seemed preoccupied and not very friendly

Lovely old place, well located for easy walking into Cirencester, had small cinema and theatre in historic barn, and good separate parking right opposite. Warm and super comfortable ( we were there end Jan) has outstanding quirky decor in restaurant, bar area. Staff were so friendly and helpful, very welcoming! I would highly recommend Ingleside for Cirencester trip whether for a weekend or to explore wider Gloucestershire.
Breakfast could have been more generous with fruit and milk available, self service for some things can help!

The Christmas decor
Our bathroom was dirty, our food was terrible I am 5 months pregnant and had to send the prawns back as they were undercooked and the risotto was also freezing cold . Food was sent back twice such a shame as it was our first wedding anniversary!!

I stay away alot for work and this is now my new favourite place to stay whilst travelling around Cirencester /Cheltenham area. Location is great, rooms are absolutely lovely. Radio was playing when I arrived and was shown to my room which was a lovely touch.
I would now stay here for leisure aswell as business.
I was worried about parking as there isn't any at the hotel, but there is a very reasonably priced carpark literally opposite on the other side of the road.
There was a small issue with my TV in the morning which wasn't a problem as I just popped the radio on whilst getting ready. I have nothing else of a negative nature to say

The location was great, decor lovely. Nice coffee machine in the room and had a very comfy bed.
The staff were ok, but not overly helpful in the restaurant specifically, we had booked breakfast as part of our reservation and we had to ask what what included it was as if they were trying to get more money from us I think they should be more aware of the ppl who have breakfast booked. Also we had booked a table to see the entertainment the night before and the service was non existent, they kept saying they will come and take our order and that never happened so had to go to the bar after waiting a long time.

Nothing not to like. Probably not good for people with mobility issues. Rooms all upstairs with no lifts as it’s an old building. Staff fantastic. Hotel, restaurant & theatre. My 6th stay.
Nothing!

Fabulous boutique hotel on the edge of Cirencester. Excellent location for walks and easy access to the town. Parking opposite, easy to find and good value. Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Also great staff.
Nothing to comment on - it’s a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. Thank you

Our room was amazing, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, the decor is beautiful and the food was yummy.
I loved it all, there is no elevator but that wasn’t a problem for us at all

Lovely looking hotel, decorated beautifully and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location for quick walk into town. Good bed.
Very small room despite description stating otherwise, incredibly hot with no air con but even with windows open it was stifling - obviously nothing staff could do about weather but visitors should be aware of this if visiting in warmer months.

Fabulous, well furnished, spacious room. Attractice and comfortable hotel facilities.
Too many stairs to get cases up to the room. Couldnt get into/out of the batch, all age related but would have benefitted from an alternative for more elderly residents. Location good for the theatre, not so good for the town centre.

Beautiful old building only 10 minute walk from the city centre and next door to the lovely Barn Theatre.
The condition of the room was tired and didn’t meet the (price) expectation.
One of the bedside lamps didn’t work, soap holder in the shower hanging off, wonky loo roll holder, toilet seat didn’t stay up on its own, peeling paint in the bathroom, no details on wi-fi access or guest services in the room, a strange plate of crumbs under a glass cloche presumably left from the previous guests, and the shower tray’s profile was too low to contain the water flow from the shower.
Breakfast was tasty but chaotic… we were told they’d run out of clean mugs which meant waiting for a drink, and food finally arrived after 45 minutes wait. Staff were very lovely but all very young and green… needs some strong leadership putting in place.

Loved the quirky decor. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The room had everything you needed and the beds are comfortable. The lighting and mirrors are perfectly placed for doing your make up.
The location is perfect, car park over the road and a short walk into town. Breakfast in the morning was very nice too!
Coffee machine in our room wasn’t working when we came to use it in the morning but we had coffee at breakfast so it didn’t hinder our stay at all.
Also make sure you read the welcome manual because I spent a while looking for the tv remote only to find the manual stating it was attached to the side of the tv with Velcro 🤣

Breakfast was really good as was the evening meal we had in Teatro the restaurant running alongside the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were very friendly and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Biscuits were a nice touch. Perfect location for exploring Cirencester and the surrounding Cotswolds.
Nothing I didn't like but room service would have been a nice option, but the restaurant is right next door.
Generally fairly quiet but worth noting you are right next to the theatre, bar and restaurant so will be noisy, especially on weekends. Didn't bother me though.

The location is great. Just 5 minutes walk from town and next to The Barn Theatre.
The food in the restaurant Teatro is delicious . Saturday night entertainment in the Piano Bar was great.
We had some.issues with our breakfasts but the staff dealt with it to a satisfactory outcome.
Rooms are quite expensive especially for single occupancy.

The hotel itself is lovely. Well situated for the RIAT airshow which we attended on saturday. This is our 2nd stay here.
The rooms are lovely, very warm but a fan was provided & much needed. Lovely big comfy bed.
Lovely big, clean bathroom & large towels. Water was provided in the fridge along with a small bottle of fresh milk for your tea & coffee. I would have given 10/10, but breakfast let it down.
This is a difficult one as it didn't just affect us as it also affected other couples waiting for breakfast. Breakfast was between 8am - 10.30am on Sundays.
We came down for breakfast at 8am along with another couple who were attending the airshow that morning. The receptionist didn't mention anything about a problem with breakfast when we asked where we needed to go. All the lights were off in the dining area & we had to turn them on ourselves. A lovely young lad appeared to ask us what we would like to drink & made our drinks. At that time, nothing was mentioned about a problem.
When our order was taken, we were told that there would be a delay of 10 mins as there was a problem with the chef. This was fine, but after being told our breakfasts were on the way & the waiting hour & 30mins. The 1st couple asked how long they would have to wait as they needed to go to the airshow, and theirs did actually appear. We ordered at the same time but ours never arrived. A couple who ordered after us got their breakfasts. We waited for another 10mins as we had been there for an hour & 40 mins by then.
We had to leave as we had a long drive home, hence wanting breakfast at 8am. So no breakfast.
I felt sorry for the young lad trying to help the situation with different excuses, but when he came out to say that the egg pan had split so no poached eggs it all started to resemble a scene from Fawlty Towers.
Such a shame as the hotel is lovely, but Sunday breakfast just became a comedy of errors. There were only 3 couples to start with, but by the time we had to leave, there were another 3 couples sitting down. Hopefully, things were better for them.

Great location, we went to the RIAT which was a 20-minute drive, also great location to walk into Cirencester, plenty of nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking in the local car park and good price, the staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great. Lovely room with a comfortable bed. Would recommend and we would stay there again.
Nothing to complain about. Thank you.

The rooms are tastefully decorated with a stylish, modern feel, and the property is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre, which made getting around really easy. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful—always friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed.
The room itself was quite small, but the main issue was how dusty it was—something that really impacted the experience. To make matters worse, the room wasn’t cleaned the following day, so the dust remained. I was attending a wedding and didn’t have time to speak to staff, but I had assumed housekeeping would take care of it.
The pillows were also uncomfortable. They were feather-filled and too thin when using one, yet uncomfortably high when stacking two—so a good night’s sleep was difficult.
Another thing I didn’t quite expect was the breakfast system. It had to be ordered from a set menu at the restaurant, rather than being more buffet-style or flexible. That said, the staff were very kind and accommodating, often offering a bit more than the set allowance, which I really appreciated.

Good location for arrival by bus from Heathrow as bus stop extremely close to hotel . Don’t be put off by the very threadbare carpet up the stairs to the rooms as the rooms are big and lovely with coffee machines, fridges, fabulous showers and comfy beds. Staff also very friendly .
The frosted windows means no view whatsoever
