Rooms were clean. Good showers. Convenient location.
Traveling as a group it was confusing with the text and email messages received. Checking in required photographic evidence to prove we were British? Unable to do this as on a Cycling tour. However, customer help line resolved the issue but a little stressful as supposed to be contactless hotel?

The actual room was good
General property communal areas and location are quite soulless and other guests very noisy.

It was clean & tidy and easy self check-in

It was lovely and clean and obviously well looked after
No air con in the room It was very hot so had to have the window open The room was located facing a main road heavily used by Lorrie’s through the night so u didn’t sleep well
There was no lift
