The property was lovely in a very central location. The actual room was well appointed, however with the heat in Ireland it was very hot and the only fan provided really had no use to allow an enjoyable nights sleep.
The room was very hot, making sleep difficult despite a very comfortable bed.

Very nice B&B style place, nearly like a boutique hotel, right in centre of Kenmare, very comfortable and good facilities.

Clean. Safe
Very noisy. Room faced a road that was loud. Needed earplugs to sleep. Breakfast was served starting at 8:30am. We left a little after 7 am. At checkin we asked for a piece of bread or a piece of fruit but the person that checked us in couldn’t get us anything.
