Whilst the bathroom was clean and fit for purpose. The design felt opposing to the rest of the room.

Fantastic people. Flexibility - we were going to struggle to book in before the deadline time but the team made arrangements for our slightly later arrival. The room was excellent as was the food in the restaurant.
