very large room - 1 double bed and one single bed - very clean. bathroom was also big. location of the premises - very central.

The fact that it was downstairs. It was easy to get to.
They seemed restrictive about designated tables for B&B guests. We would've preferred sitting more towards the front of the pub. Waited for quite awhile for a server to come over to our table after we were seated. The food was average.
