Excellent accommodation

Room and common areas were spotless, bed was very comfy so got a good night's sleep. Most important for us was secure parking at the rear of the building, we don't like leaving the motorbike on the street. Had an evening meal and breakfast in the guest house both were excellent especially the breakfast of butter nut squash on sour dough bread with pesto, spinach and feta cheese topped off with two poached eggs on top.. delicious......... Nice staff , great position on the high street , no parking on site.only on the street

In a great position on the Main Street , was a little tricky as very busy when arriving so had to park on another street and walk with bags , luckily weather was dry. Staff were lovely. Room spacious. Perhaps a little dated for some but was great for us. Breakfast was lovely too, although wine in the bar was a little expensive, had a Lovely little stay

What a wonderful place! The rooms were big and comfy, and the breakfast was excellent. We were right downtown with lots of pubs, restaurants, and shops. David always took the time to say hello and inquire about our day. Kenmare was a wonderful town.

Really great Guesthouse, ideally located in the heart of Kenmare.

Excellent standard, this guest house is ideally located in the centre of Kenmare, there's ample free carparks within a short walking distance, the rooms are clean and comfy, and mine had a nice bath and shower with plenty of hot water. The food is really superb, wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice, and I would highly recommend dining in the restaurant in the evening as I dined in it the second night and it was fantastic..the seabass was delicious! The staff are extremely welcoming, and I'd particularly like to thank David on reception, and the lovely gentleman who did the breakfast, (unfortunately I did not get his name), thank you for minding me so well...I'll be back!!! Oh, and a little tip for guests who may like a sea swim...you simply must go to Templenoe pier, it's 8km out the road and is an absolutely perfect location to swim!!!! Enjoy!

Perfect spot to stay!

Lovely, warm and clean accommodation right in the heart of Kenmare. Extremely central location and very quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. A big shout out to David for the airport drop-off and fantastic chat, it was brilliant meeting you and we’ll definitely be recommending Davitts to stay in!

Very central location, good sized room with a decent powerful shower. Very clean. Staff helpful, especially the gentleman at breakfast. Breakfast was great 👍

Hot during the night, but a fan was provided. Had to open up the windows and let the fan run for a few hours to cool the room down. Bed a little small. Unable to park nearby, but it's Kenmare, the main streets are 2 hrs max during the day. We parked across from the church for the duration of our stay, free of charge.

A great 1 night stay.

It was a very comfortable room. Set at the top rear of the hotel, so attic windows, no view, but it was fine, and perfect for us for 1 night. The breakfast was amazing. The 2 members of staff we dealt with were lovely.
