Our condo is named “First Light” because you will not find a better spot to enjoy an early sunrise here in York, Maine. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the waves meet the shore in the sun-drenched living room. This two bedroom, one bathroom condo is located just across the street from Long Sands Beach, where you can enjoy a relaxed beach feel. If you want a little more action – the condo is less than a mile away from the hustle and bustle of the shops, restaurants, and entertainment at Short Sands. In only one trolley stop you can be enjoying saltwater taffy from The Golden Rod, bowling at Fun-O-Rama, or exploring York’s Wild Kingdom with your family!
Get the most of your precious time off and enjoy more time on the beach - not packing up the car for the day! You will love the location of the condo - there’s no need to pack a lunch or worry about running out of cold drinks while enjoying the sun and sand! This condo was perfect. It’s close to many of the restaurants and convenient stores. The location across from the beach makes morning coffee and a beach day enjoyable. The condo is well kept and provides all the necessary amenities. I hope to stay there next Labor Day weekend.

Fantastic location on the beach! We loved staying right across the street from the beach. The condo had all we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. We would definitely stay again in the future!

We had a great stay here. The convenience factor alone was fantastic. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and the beach directly across the street. The condo was both clean and comfortable. We'd absolutely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and inviting. Our hosts provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay and we’re very responsive and friendly. The location can’t be beat! Just a few steps to the best part of Long Sands. We definitely recommend!
