About this cottage rental
We designed this beach cottage with YOU in mind! It's located 0.3 mi from Long Sands Beach, a 5 minute walk. It's the perfect size - it's cozy, yet large enough for a family or two to comfortably enjoy a getaway. It features an all white kitchen and a spacious living room with a beautiful gas fireplace for those colder New England months and AC for the hotter months. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer, as well. The property includes a covered front porch w/ teak table and chairs. There is a grill & a beautiful and convenient outdoor shower. Did we mention this cottage is BRAND NEW?

-We offer Friday to Friday rentals in the summer.
-We do not offer any discounted rates for longer rentals.
-The top bunk beds are designed for children due to weight limit capacity/safety.
-At most we are able to accommodate 8 people total with a maximum of 6 adults.

Beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay, the house is brand new, everything we needed and more. The owners are so nice and hospitable. My grandson had board games and beach toys and lots to occupy him. I highly recommend, we will likely be back.

Perfect location and size for us. Cooked out a lot - and the kids played a lot of cards on the front porch. We spent most days at the beach - we were lucky with great weather! We'll definitely book again!

We traveled for a wedding with our 2 kids under 2. I was looking for a convenient, quiet, but accessible location and this home delivered all and more! They had 2 pack n plays so we didn't have to travel with them (amazing!).
The location is beautiful, SO close to parks and the water and very quiet (which is great for sleep and naps). There were SO many toys and games for both the kids and adults. It was very clean and so cute! If we are ever back in the area - we will definitely stay again :)
