Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood balancing privacy and accessibility to coastal amenities, this home offers excellent walking access to the Bath House on Long Sands Beach. Located less than a half mile from Long Sands Beach (under a 10-minute walk), this home is the perfect location to enjoy your family/friends while relaxing during your seaside vacation.
Spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom is perfect for children with two sets of bunk beds (3 twins and 1 full). The property will comfortably sleep 8.
Open-concept kitchen and living room is ideal for gatherings. French doors in the kitchen open up into the sunroom, perfect for your morning cup of coffee.
Other amenities included with this home: air conditioning, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, flat screen TV and WiFi internet, DVD player, beach cart, lobster pot, outdoor firepit, and ample parking for 3 cars.

Dad & daughter trip to relax and see fall foliage. Started to get a hotel room and decided on this house instead. So glad I did! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. And easy walk to the beach and conveniently located for everything else we wanted to do. The owner was very gracious and quick to respond to communication. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This is my third your staying in this house with a group of friends. The house is comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Ryan is an amazing host and very easy to work with. I look forward to renting from him again next year. Highly recommend.
