Great and prompt communication with the host. Property was well equipped and very clean. Welcome drinks/snacks were much appreciated. Location of property is excellent. Very close to bars and restaurants on the canal. Easy access to the metro to explore Milan centre, lake como and get to and from the airport.
The power of the water in the shower was very weak which meant showering and washing hair took a long time (which was odd because the water pressure at the sinks was very strong).

The host was very kind and attentive to our arrival time. She provided us with snacks and water that helped us with our taking of the train the next morning in a rush. It was close to many restaurants and the train station
IT was on a very busy street where you could hear the tram and people very late at night and early in the morning. It is not for light sleepers!
