Pleasant property in excellent location.

Brilliant location. Easy to walk into centre or catch tram/metro for sight seeing in day but near to canals for great nightlife, bars, restaurants. Really quiet despite being on doorstep of canals. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms as 2 couples. Large fridge and washing machine very useful.

Loved the place, location and neighbourhood.

We liked the central location for what we were after for our needs. Good security, being in a complex and off the street. Comfortable beds and good light filled space.

Poor communication upon arrival, we understood we were to be met on site at arrival, but this didn't happen even though we were earlier than the time stipulated. There was no written information on site about how the place operated, nor how to operate appliances, electrical switches, air-conditioning, hot water etc. We found ourselves inadvertently turning on the underfloor heating, thinking it was the on wall controls for the air-conditioning. Then turning off the hot water system thinking it was a power point ( in our country the power points have switches) Both of these actions were inconvenient and no doubt costly for the owner. This could easily be avoided with a few little signs or some written instructions in a booklet.

It was just perfect, we enjoyed our visit really much!

The host was very helpful and replied to all questions within minutes. The location was perfect, central and very clean. The house is well sorted with everythin you need, hair dryer, iron, kitxhen supplies. Fridge was full with firat aid help: water, beer, soda, chocolate etc. We really enjoyed our visit! Would defenetly recommend!!

Amazing time, cozy apartment

Lovely host, lovely apartment! Super smooth check-in: the host told me by phone and also by sending me a detailed video recording of how to get the property keys. I had no issues with getting into the property. We then spent a good amount of time going through every detail of the house and the host answered all my questions: how do I set up the heating, how do I get the wifi password, how to use the washing machine, etc. Before getting there I was afraid that the heating will be an issue because the weather was very cold (end of December). Oh boy, I was wrong! The floor heating was a blessing! The living room is nice and cozy, the kitchen has everything you need to cook something fast, the rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are great. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect because it is very close to the city center. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants, and an amazing municipal market right in front of the street.

Skønt kvarter

Fantastisk rolig beliggenhed i et skønt kvarter. Gåafstand til det meste. Restauranter og caféer lige om hjørnet. Pænt køkken i stueetagen.

Ville være fint med sengetøj til dynerne og til de ekstra hovedpuder. Der var ret koldt kunne ikke få gang i varmen. Førstesalen lidt slidt.

Erittäin hyvä valinta Milanossa oleskelulle erittäin toimivilla julkisilla kulkuyhteyksillä

Erittäin hyvä sijainti, helppo tulla Linaten lentokentältä metrolla ja pikkunen loppumatka kävellen.Niinikään lyhyt matka keskustaan esim.Duomolle ( kuljettiin raitiovaunulla / metrolla ). Ja kulman takana oli kymmenittäin ravintoloita ja kaupatkin kohtuullisen lähellä. Huoneisto oli mukavan siisti, tilava, loistava valinta 2:lle pariskunnalle ( isot hyvät makuuhuoneet ja molemmille omat wc/pesutilat ja kaikki tarvittava hyvässä kunnossa.

Ei mainittavaa, ehkä pieni yllätys oli la-su yön aikana naapuritalon ravintolasta melko myöhään kuulunut "musiikkipauhu". Voi olla hiukan häiritsevää herkkäuniselle ( ei haitannut meitä ). Kehitysehdotuksena voisi antaa sen, että olisi tupla-avaimet käytössä, kun ei haluttu jättää avaimia oven ulkopuolella olevaa avainsäilöön, kun lähdimme keskustaan ja palailimme eri aikaan.

הדירה חמודה ממוקמת במקום יפהליד תעלה ויש שם הרבה מסעדות באיזור יש תחבורה ציבורית ממש קרוב שאפשר להגיע לכל מקום משם יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש שזה יתרון

הגענו בלילה ולקח לנו זמן למצוא את הדלת הכניסה היה טוב אם היו שולחים תמונות עם הסבר יותר מדוייק טוב שהיה שם בר פתוח ואנשים עזרו למצוא את הדירה. יש שער תכלת שביפנים יש דלת נכנסים לשם ואז יש כמו שכונה קטנה וביפנים דלת לדירה בקומה ראשונה יש רק חלונות ורואים הכל מבחוץ יש שם וילון שאפשר לסגור אבל זה פחות נוח החדרים נמצאים בקומה עליונה עם מדרגות צרות ולכן אי אפשר לעלות מזוודות גדולות אם יש לכם אז צריך להשאיר אותם בקומה ראשונה שזה לא נורא מיטות ילדים לא נוחות כאילו אתה ישן על ברזלים

Bon point de chute pour visiter Milan

Appartement très confortable, moderne et très bien situé, dans un quartier animé et proche des transports en commun

L’appartement se trouve dans une cour, remplie des poubelles des restaurants avoisinants. Ce n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Les restaurants jettent les bouteilles dans les poubelles en pleine nuit. Une nuit, un concert jusqu’à 3h du matin nous a empêchés de dormir. L’appartement n’est pas insonorisé en conséquence. Si cela arrive souvent, c’esproblème.

- مدخل الشقه في الفناء الداخلي بحواره مباشره ابواب الخدمات للمطاعم الخارجيه. ريحه الطبخ مزعجه جداً - لايوجد درايش في الغرفه في الطابق الثاني يمكن النظر في المدينه. - يوحد درج داخلي متعب وخطير للاطفال وكبار السن. وغير مريح. - الاسره غير مريحه وطراز قديم. - كثره البعاوض تسبب في الم للاطفال عندي بسبب روائح المطعم ومجاري التصريف التي بجانب الشقه. - لن تكرر الزياره للشقه. - وجود بقايا مناشف وفوط في الغساله لم يتم غسيلها. - السعر مبالغ فيه جداً.

Appartement très spacieux , lumineux, 2 salles de bain . Très confortable. Dans un quartier très animé avec beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Les canaux sont magnifiques .. vous pouvez tout faire à pieds( colonnes di San Lorenzo,piazza della vetra, el Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II,musée Léonard de Vinci,la scala,château des Sforza, etc….).et si vous n’aimez pas marcher,arrêt de tramway à quelques minutes seulement . Des bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo et des savons et shampoings solides pour chaque occupant . On n’en n’a pas beaucoup profité car on a beaucoup mangé dans les restaurants , mais la cuisine est bien équipée À proximité il y a des parkings sécurisés ( compter cependant 30 euros /24 h)

Fantastisch appartement op een heel goede locatie

Ideale locatie, heel verzorgd appartement. We waren met 5 personen. 1 slaapkamer met dubbel bed en 1 slaapkamer met 3 single bedden. 2 badkamers. We kregen zelfs gratis pizza van de restauranthouder voor het appartement!

Precioso apartamento en un barrio bonito y animado

La ubicación es excelente. El barrio es muy bonito y alegre, con muchos restaurantes y bares, pero, el apartamento es silencioso. Cerca hay metro, tranvía y autobús.

La anfitriona fue grosera en varias ocasiones: me gritó por teléfono y por WhatsApp. La almohada es un poco incómoda. Aparcar en la zona es complicado porque es azul, parking para residentes, y dejar el coche en el garaje más cercano son 21 euros al día.

Excelente, todo perfecto.

La ubicación es perfecta, en una zona con mucho turista. El acceso al alojamiento fue muy sencillo con las indicaciones recibidas, el anfitrión contacto con wasap con nosotros para interesarse si estaba todo correcto. Viajabamos 5 personas adultas y el alojamiento nos ha parecido muy bien, hemos estado muy a gusto. La calefacción y el agua caliente funciono perfectamente, la cocina con suficientes accesorios, los baños con artículos de baño. Las toallas y la ropa de cama muy limpias y agradables. Todo perfecto.
