The apartment is clean, spacious, updated and contemporary furnished. The host provided tea, sugar and coffee pods for the Nespresso coffee maker. And a few water bottles in the fridge was a nice welcome. The bathrooms are modern, the towels are nice and fluffy.
Our street was closed for the traffic for the repavement, so it was quiet in the evening and night with no tram noise.
The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood within 15 min walk to the major attractions.

We stayed two nights at the end of May. The unit is large. The beds were firm and comfortable. Two bathrooms was handy. Everything was clean and the location is convenient to the Duomo (which was very impressive.). The host was quick to communicate and was helpful.
My only complaint is the air conditioning. Coming from a country where air conditioning is everywhere and powerful, my expectations might be a little high, but the air conditioning in the unit didn't work well. It took a few hours before I was convinced it was on at all. By bedtime it was tolerable but I still slept without any covers. A floor fan would have been welcome.
