There is ongoing exterior maintenance Monday- Friday and guests may experience noise from 8 a.m - 6 p.m.

This property is old and in need of refurbishment, but in a great location on the beach. The property was just what was needed for two guys going to a race, but neither one of us would bring our spouses, kids or grandkids. Rustic and in need of updating, this includes the pools, (not in use or functioning), the elevators, (more out of order than working), and other amenities, just perfect for a coulple of guys out for a weekend of fun and racing, There's a lid for every pot and this one was good for us this trip!

Bad news? No working for spa, hot tub or outdoor pools…ocean hood tho.
