The place looks exactly like pictured. When arriving, it was easy to get in. The views from the room are amazing! Absolutely loved making a cup of coffee and sitting outside and listening to the waves. There are multiple dehumidifiers spaced throughout the rooms to decrease the humidity that is typical for florida weather. Upon arriving at the room we noticed that it needed to be lightly cleaned as a space typically does if it is sitting vacant for a while. During our stay the owners of the building were repairing multiple parts due to damage that was sustained presumably from hurricanes. Once the work on the buildings are finished this place will be even more wonderful. Despite the work being done around the building we had a wonderful stay. Would stay here again if we come back to Daytona beach.

Initial listing did not state current state of remodel on property to include closing of some areas. Floors were pretty dirty. Lots of grime build up in all the corners
