Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The only problem we had was getting into the condo the first time. The manager was right there and helped us navigate a difficult key pad entry lock. The number was WAY too long.
After the manager helped us it was no problem at all.
The condo was really nice. It was nice have a small two burner stove and a full size refrigerator. You can open the balcony sliding door and see A1A highway and the ocean. The grocery store is walking distance along with a couple of really good restaurants, shops and walgreens.

The refrigerator makes a loud noise that woke me up at 3am. It has no walk in shower like on the picture. Other than that the room was clean
