Best location for a trip to Lengarica Canyon

We arrived late but the checkin was very easy and smooth. The location is a bit outside of Përmet but shops and restaurants are close by. It is the perfect base for a trip to Lengarica Canyon as it is located at the "main" road to that place. The host is such a lovely woman. She made us traditional breakfast on her balcony on 3rd floor. So we could enjoy the beautiful mountain view. The bed is really comfy, bathroom has a window, good waterpressure and the terrace of our room was big. Everything was spotless clean. Highly recommended!

There is no reception and it's not clear where/how to find someone if you have questions. We didn't have a view from our room. It was located at the back of the building and we could only see the chaotic gardens of the neighbours.

Great location

We had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty, and we were also able to do our laundry, which was very convenient. It’s a great base for visiting the nearby thermal springs and the town, which offers excellent restaurants.

Relaxing and pleasant

It was a cosy, clean room with little details taken care of. The entire property was well maintained. There were some on going works in the front yard but that wasn’t a hindrance at all. Its a very peaceful and beautiful location. Bruna, the host is very welcoming and kind. She caters to your needs swiftly. Her homemade breakfast petula were lovely too. Its a very good place to stay for a few days if you are planning to visit Permet.

Easy and comfy place to staying passing through Permet

Nice place. Easy to find. Located a few Kms outside of the city if Permet. The couple that runs it is very friendly and hospitable. Our apartment was comfortable and warm. The only negative is that two of three of our apartment's bedrooms were made into separate hotel rooms with their own entrances from outside yet the existing interior doors remain, though locked. But they are so thin and don't isolate sound you can hear the people in their rooms talking as the sounds comes easily through the doors. The hotel is still under construction and I am not sure if they plan to change the doors situation or not. It was a bit strange hearing people so close, it felt like they may just walk through the door into our room. Of course they could hear us too .... We would have preferred more quiet in this regard and peace not worrying we might be disturbing others with our noise....

A Magical Place

We had just a magical time at the Adriatic Guesthouse. Bruna and her family were so welcoming. Permet was a pleasant surprise. The city's signature cream soup with lamb shank is a must. Bruna outdid herself in bringing us a breakfast each morning filled with homemade specialties from her kitchen. Our room was perfect. We had everything we needed. We highly recommend spending extra time here.

Homemade traditional breakfast, served to the table outside the room, host speaks very good English, nothing is missing in the modern room, quite place. 1.5 km outside the town, internet worked fine, closed parking place at night

Kindness in Albania we

Such a friendly place! We stayed for one night to hike through the canyon, which we can absolutely recommend. We felt very welcome, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the view on the mountains while we had our cute breakfast. 😊

Top quality accommodation run by highly experienced / professional host, highly recommended

The guesthouse was super clean - in a nice and quiet area, not far from centre of Pemret. The view from the accommodation was gorgeous. Wi-Fi was top. The host was always friendly and helpful with a big smile. The breakfast was adequate, tasty and locally sourced. This is a top quality guesthouse run by highly experienced people. We felt like home. Respect for the host for hard work and providing an excellent service to people visiting Permet and nearby areas. I wish all the best. Highly recommended.

An extremely hospitable hostess who ensured a pleasantly clean stay in a very tranquil location

We stayed with our family for 2 nights at the Adriatik Guesthouse. We received a very friendly welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The beds were made and both shampoo and shower gel were provided. Breakfast consisted of local specialties prepared by the hostess, complemented by coffee, tea, or organic milk. The hostess was also very willing to offer advice on excursions or local activities. They have a very friendly dog named Bobby. The center of Permet is within walking distance.

Very friendly and helpful hostess. She recommended a good restaurant in town. House is a few minutes out of town by car. It’s about 15 minutes from the hot springs. Overlooks fields and the hills. Clean apartment with balcony. One bedroom with double bed and bunk beds and a living room with sofa beds - could accommodate a family easily.

The family was very hospital and offered us traditional albanian desserts and raki. Bruna makes a great Revani dessert. Also they borrowed us some bicycles for free to visit the nearby thermal bath. I can definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation was very modern, comfy beds and extremely clean. The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly. location was perfect with beautiful mountain views and close to the thermal hot springs and only 5 minutes to the town centre. we had a wonderful breakfast with traditional food.
