This is the most welcoming place to stay- Zamira is a wonderful host. The room was lovely and the breakfasts Zamira made us were absolutely delicious

Be aware driving in Gjirokaster is a nightmare- BUT don’t worry. Just get as close as you can (Google maps will probably take you down a road you can’t drive up!), then walk the rest of the way and Zamira’s son will park your car for you!

Wonderful hostess - when having difficulty getting close to the property, she came along to the car and hopped in to direct us. Location was great & an amazing breakfast complete with honey and berries provided by the hostess’s husband.

Nothing - read the instructions sent on how to get there and don’t follow Sat Nav !

This was our favorite stay in Albania! The whole property is very cute, we loved the decoration, the room was small, but comfortable, air-conditioning worked great. But the greatest thing of all was the warm welcoming and the staff treatment; unfortunately I don't know her name, but she treated us like a big mamma since the beginning - she welcomed us at around 5pm with Turkish coffee and some fruit. And the breakfast is simply one of the best we have ever had, so many options, great quality, we could barely finish it (and we eat a lot!). It was a lovely stay, too bad we only spent one night. It's a 7 minute walk from city historical center and the castle. Regarding parking, right before our checkin we communicated with them and a guy in a moto came to pick us up from where we were (very close to the property, we got there using Google Maps) and he gave us instructions on where to park for free. This was really appreciated.

Nothing to say, really. Maybe the only thing is that there is no shower curtain, so everything gets wet in the bathroom, but this was something we saw in all of our stays in Albania, which is not a big deal really.
