Merel (I'm sorry about my spelling!) was a fantastic host. We felt so welcomed. The room was lovely and clean and had character. You could look out over the growing vines and local ottoman houses and listen to all the birds. A complete breakfast on the patio being able to see the castle. We wished we could have stayed longer here but unfortunately we were at the end of our trip in Albania. 5 minutes to the castle, 3 minutes to town.
The bed nearest the window was too soft so I didn't sleep very well. The bathroom does have a shower curtain but the water goes all over but this is typical in Albania.

The owner was very kind and hospitable, the man made very nice traditional breakfast with tea and coffee in the morning after we woke up

Breakfast was not very good and you could not choose the good.
Too old guesthouse and not very well maintained.
