Affordable, convenient, helpful staffs

Very affordable, very convenient when we stay there and go to rafting the next morning. The staff is very helpful and chill. Such a great experience with very good price. It was very close to the stone of the city! Not far from thermal bath. Walkable from the downtown for dinner and local concert. Safe area to walk at night. Highly recommended!

It takes a few second for the water in the shower to drain, but other than that, it was great experience.

It is outdated, but in a good way. You can appreciate the old style. We did however literally fall through the bed. ☺️

Just an amazing experience

People were really friendly and it was a great experience. Permet is beautiful

Nothing to add! Everything was great. What I would maybe improve is the Wi-Fi as it was at times a bit slow from the room.

Rude hosts, stay away from this hotel.

The toilet was broken and had no water. The host already new about it and told us when we arrived that they are going to fix it. Afterwards they told us they cant fix it and refused to give us another room. They gave us a plastic container to flush water on the toilet and were rude when we complained about the broken toilet. The next day when we payed the charged us 4 more euros as commissions because we payed in Albanian Lek.

A great place to stay in Permët.

We are a family of four adults biking through Albania. The staff here were super friendly and helpful! The Hotel was spacious and quiet. I really enjoyed their breakfast. I would stay here again.

The air conditioner was super noisy didn't heat properly. Sound isolation is not great, you will wake up very soon in morning cause of the noise.

Very good location, parking space. Very kind owner, who when it turned out that there was a mistake and, however, our room rate included breakfast and we ate it elsewhere, gave us a very large jar of jam with figs.

Good value for the money

Hotel close to the center with a large balcony overlooking the river and the mountains (room 103). A good base for nearby attractions. Modest but delicious breakfast buffet. Staff does not speak English, but we managed to get along, for example with the help of drawings 😉 Room, linen and towels are clean. The hotel managers are extremely friendly and caring. As a goodbye, we got a jar of homemade jam. Thank you ❤️

The door to the refrigerator did not close properly, the seal was little damaged.
