We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The owners were wonderful — so friendly and helpful, sharing lots of useful tips and nuances with us. The apartment itself was spotless, very well maintained, and modern. Located in a peaceful town with its own parking, it was just perfect for a relaxing stay. Located on the outskirts of Rovinj, parking space in front of the accommodation. The room was very nice, comfortable beds, air conditioning, hairdryer in the bathroom, balcony.
Shared kitchen available with fridge and kettle, dolce gusto coffee maker.
The hostess was very nice, she advised us where to park closer in Rovinj and where to find beautiful beaches.
Grocery stores a short distance from the accommodation.
I recommend staying here :)

The room was very comfortable! There were some welcome Croatian cookies and coffee. The host were very friendly and explained everything! The kitchen well equipped.
The location. The room is located outside the city. It’s not the same location provided by Google, so we had to rent bicycles to arrive there and there is not bike line in the city. There is not public transport to arrive there. I would only recommend to book if you have a car.
