Corner unit with Bay views!
This unique property is located at Sears Point, an association of attached units off Lower Road in Brewster Massachusetts. Sited on a bluff above Cape Cod Bay with views of the water towards Provincetown. This desirable corner-unit is situated on the east end of the first floor of a two-floor building. The property has two bedrooms, a primary bedroom with a queen and second bedroom with two single beds, two full baths, one en-suite and another shared, a large eat-in kitchen, (fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and all cooking and serving needs), a living room and a full-size pool table.
There is a screened-in porch overlooking the bay off of the living room. Equipped with cable TV, WiFi, Central air conditioning and a washer and dryer.
Guests need merely show up with bathing suits and enjoy. There is 150 feet of private beach, accessed by stairs down the bluff, a small shed with common use beach chairs on the beach, a heated salt-water swimming pool and spa, two tennis courts, a small bluff house and overlook, and a clubhouse by the pool. Renters have use all of the facilities. Use of a charcoal grill, stored in the garage is also provided.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
