Robert Paul Properties saved us from a horrific rental experience with another Cape Cod rental business. Mary Cornish answered our desperate plea for a last minute Cape rental right away (on a Sunday in the middle of July, no less), met with me to show me the property and got paperwork and linens squared away within 1-2 hours. She was a dream to work with, a complete professional, and such a contrast in every way from the other place we had gone with initially. Mary even brought my mother flowers when I mentioned it was her birthday the following day. The house was gorgeous, clean, and spacious with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware. The property borders conservation land and was equally as beautiful and quiet. I almost don't want to say how great this place was so we have a better chance of renting here again but it's too good not to share. We will definitely book with Robert Paul Properties and Mary again.

Beautiful home in the best location in Brewster. Lots of space for family to hang out and mingle. Great back yard and outdoor area. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need to eat in. We loved it and would definitely book again!
