Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

As advertised for location, size and amenities. Proximity to beach can't be understated. Very short walk to bayside town beach.

The location of this house couldn't be better. It is literally a two-minute walk before you are spreading out your towel on the sand. The bay-side beach is perfect for swimming at high tide. At low tide you can walk out over a mile looking for shells, hermit crabs, and other sea creatures. The sunsets are spectacular.
The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, one single parent, and two young children. The yard was the most usable one we have had in about ten years of renting on the Cape. Plenty of room for tag and catch. We overheard some people walking by comment on how beautiful the hydrangeas along the front of the house are!
The house could use a deep cleaning. The bathrooms were fine, but there was serious dirt and debris under the beds, chairs, bureaus and raised kitchen cabinets and on the windowsills. The house contains lots of antique furniture, some of it not kept in good condition. Bureau drawers were difficult to open, and doilies and runners were stained and full of holes. The supplied toaster oven was grungy and rusted. Something like that can be replaced for very little money, and as something we used every day, would have improved our experience.
