Set down on a long driveway that ensures privacy but only a short walk (1/2 mile) to the highly desirable Sea Street Beach on Cape Cod Bay. The home has 4-bedrooms and 4 baths, expansive grounds, a large deck and screened porch (there is actually a second screened porch off the primary bedroom!), and an open living-dining room.

Very peaceful and quiet location. Easy walk to beach. Trees around the house and in back were a plus. The house was cheerful and comfortable. There were lots of areas to sit and relax/read/chat, etc. Owner was very responsive to any questions or issues. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This home is gorgeous, filled with light from many windows. The space is warm and welcoming with many places to gather. Also plenty of spaces to sit quietly and read a book. There are two (!) screened porches as well as a spacious deck. The Sea street beach is .7 mile away and a family friendly place. The Cape Cod Rail trail is close as are many local attractions.

The primary reason for picking this rental was the location. I was heading back down to the Cape to spread my dad’s ashes out of Sesuit Harbor and I couldn’t have found a more prefect rental. The location was ideal. The house was fantastic. And the owner was very communicative. I got to spend a week in the house so I had time to go reconnect with old friends. I will definitely be looking to rent this amazing house again the next time I make it down to the Cape.

Our stay was terrific! We especially appreciated Heather, our host, who was very responsive to every question we had. We also appreciated her leaving information about the Cape, as this is the first time our family has vacationed there.
The property is lovely! We enjoyed every room in the house, each of which has its own personality. We also liked learning about the history of Heather's family. I highly recommend this property!
