The minute we walked in this house we knew it was going to be a good vacation but, in fact, it was great! This home, tucked away behind another in a stunning Cape Cod neighborhood, is large, private, and very comfortable...and it's close to two beautiful beaches that were perfect for my young grandchildren. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are games, books, and puzzles that we enjoyed. A couple of nights we watched movies on the very large screen TV in the family room - what fun! It would have been nice to have sheets and towels provided since we came from California, but that seems to be a standard practice on Cape Cod. The master bedroom, which leads out to a large balcony with a view of the ocean, is spacious and lovely, but does not have shades or curtains on the sliding glass door so there's a lot of sunlight in the early morning. All the beds were very comfortable. My grandson loved the outdoor shower, which was great for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. There's a large barbeque and a washer and dryer - big pluses when you have a large group staying here.Tony was very helpful and always got back to me quickly if I had a question. We had such a great time that we're planning to come back in a couple of years.

My family loved to location of the house. It had plenty of room, and each bedroom had A/C. Classic Cape Cod rental.

This enchanting and cozy home was truly a delight! With enough space for our lively family of adults, aged 18 to 70, it had something for everyone. The expansive layout made it feel airy and inviting, and the air conditioning in every bedroom ensured we stayed cool and comfortable during our stay. Immaculately maintained and beautifully updated, the house featured a brand-new grill ready for our family cookouts. Each large bedroom offered its own charm, but the master suite was a standout, complete with a jacuzzi tub and a stunning private deck. There, we spent magical evenings watching the fireworks light up the sky, creating unforgettable memories. The location couldn’t be more perfect! Just a leisurely five-minute stroll led us to the soft sands of Mant’s Beach, while a quick seven-minute walk took us to the picturesque Saints Landing Beach, where the sunsets were just majestic. For carefree mornings of fishing, Paine’s Creek was only about ten minutes away. This home truly felt like a hidden gem, a diamond in the rough. Saying goodbye was bittersweet, but we’re already counting down the days until we can return next year!

The house size suited 6 adults and 4 young kids and is located just a short walk to the beach, which was very nice. The AC units and fans in most rooms kept it cool. Only limited counter space was available for storing our food items since all the kitchen cabinets were full. The living room furniture is in rough shape and needs replaced and some dining chairs were broken. Too many of the owner’s personal items were accessible/visible and not secured out of sight. The grill, however, was top notch. There were spiders and cobwebs in most corners and under baseboards/furniture. We REALLY wanted to love the property, but these issues put a damper on it. We still had fun, enjoying the weather and beach along with local area shops and restaurants!
