About this house rental
Spacious home centrally located to everything Brewster has to offer. We are steps to Blueberry Ponds Beach and the Bike Rail Trail. We are a short car ride to Brewsters many Bay beaches, Cobe's Ice Cream, the General Store and Historic 6A. Supermarkets are 10 minutes from the house and Nauset Beach is 15 minutes. Our house has two bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs, we have plenty of beds including 2 kings and 1 queen, plus 6 twins. There are 2 remodeled bathrooms as well with walkin showers. Renovated upstairs includes new flooring walls and lighting. Plus central air and heat. Also, you'll enjoy the privacy of our 2 acres of land.

The house was perfect for us. The neighborhood is lovely and the pond was great -- just a couple minutes walk down the road. We were six adults and three kids and the house never felt small. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a peeler! We're excited to return next year!

Everything was absolutely wrong wonderful! Beautiful property, excellent location, clean, plenty of room to sleep and move around. Absolutely perfect, went too quick. Thank you so much for all the added little details as well such as games, basic condiments ect. It was a lovely time and we made some great memories in that house.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Cape Cod rental for a family wedding weekend. The location couldn’t have been more perfect.just steps from a private beach that was ideal for the kids to play safely and enjoy the water. It made everything feel so relaxed and special.One of the unexpected highlights was how close we were to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It was such a treat to be able to take the kids on walks and bike rides along the trail,peaceful, scenic, and super convenient.The house itself was spotless, well-stocked, and perfect for a family. You can tell the owners really care. It was the perfect home base for our trip and close enough to the wedding venue but with enough space and quiet to really unwind. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The space was great- very close to the little pond and a short drive to bayside beaches.The home is well cared for and stocked and the deck and fire pit are nice outdoor spaces. Neil was very responsive to messages. It was a perfect getaway.
