The house was comfortable and with all needed
They sprayed the grass and had it posted to not let children or pets ( or people) go on the grass.
I called the office, and they said they did not display and the owner probably had because ticks are bad. This is NOT acceptable. There are plenty of non toxic sprays available. We use a company for our property in MA, and it has to be done monthly, but it works and there is no toxins to pets or oeople.
For the high price tag especially, this is both tone deaf and irresponsible. I wouldn't recommend this property if you have kids, ir pets, ir want to hang out in the very nice back yard.
