Wonderful opportunity to rent an entire month or two this summer, July and August available. Condo association rules requires renting 31 days or more and no pets are allowed. But if you love the beach, tennis, a swimming pool and hot tub, this rental has it all. Please note: this is the first year of listing on the Kinlin Grover Compass website and thus there are no reviews. This condo has received nothing but 5 star reviews when it was listed on VRBO for several years.
This one floor living condo offers a beautifully renovated, eat-in kitchen with all new appliances, a spacious open living and dining room with vaulted ceilings and grand windows and skylights to let in an abundance of light. There is a master bedroom with king bed and an ensuite master bathroom with a large, custom walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a full and twin bed and the other with a queen bed. Stay cool with central air conditioning. And enjoy a nice barbeque on the back deck with gas grill and dining set, or the shade of the screened porch off the dining area.
There are two tennis courts and a swimming pool just steps away from this condo. And it is a short walk by the gazebo to the path which leads to the beach house, and the association stairs to the beach, which is approximately 300-400 steps from the condo. There is a shed by the beach with beach chairs.
Located under a mile from the famous Brewster Store, 1.8 miles from the Lemon Tree Shops, and 1.9 miles from the Museum of Natural History.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
