    Excellent hotel with outstanding service! The booking process was smooth, and check-in upon my arrival in Manila was quick and hassle-free. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always ready to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

    Overall the place is neat and clean. They have hot water for the shower. But I suggest that they should have microwave oven for heating food since most of their clients are staying for 3 days for their medical at St. Lukes

    The hotel is poorly maintained. We found cockroaches and ants in the room, which made the stay very unpleasant. The facilities look outdated and need proper cleaning and maintenance. Overall, not a comfortable experience.
