I Suites Hotel Malate

We stayed for 2 nights with my sibling and my niece. Unfortunately, the room was quite disappointing because it looked very different in person. It was nothing like the pictures, and even the pool looked very different from what was shown online. When we entered the room, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and we also found hair in the bathroom. The room didn’t smell very fresh either. I understand that the price was affordable, but I hope the photos and actual condition of the place can be more accurate so guests won’t feel disappointed. We actually considered asking to move to another room, but since this is a condotel, we thought that each room might have a different owner. We were also already tired, so we decided to just go swimming instead. However, when we went up to the rooftop, the area looked almost abandoned and was quite dirty. The surroundings were not well-maintained, and the pool water felt sticky and uncomfortable. We could barely stay in the pool for long. The bathroom there was also dirty, and there were no trash cans. There was even a pantyliner left on the floor, which was very unpleasant. Yes, the place is affordable, but being affordable doesn’t mean it’s okay for the place to be dirty or for the photos to give guests unrealistic expectations. We had a child with us, and instead of enjoying the pool and getting a good night’s sleep, we ended up feeling disappointed. Please be more transparent and update the photos on Agoda so they accurately reflect the current condition of the room and pool.

There’s no cabinet or anywhere to hang clothes. Room is clean and renovated but the cr is kinda old and moldy. But overall ambiance is great would still recommend especially that the location is really great. Lots of convenience stores around. Near the train station. There’s pool

Very affordable

staff is so courteous but the problem is the cleanliness inside,and one thing thier aircon is not cold,i check it was so dirty filter,but the outside area is perfect for all commuters.
