Yung akala ko nakamura ako pero hindi pala and knows ko talaga walang nakalagay na may babayaran pa per day kasi cheneck ko details pero nung pina check sakin ni ate sa online may nakalagay na 900 per day so ako nagulat eh nakabayad na ako at need ko na mababa mga gamit ko so nagbayad na lang ako. I am writing this formal review to document the extremely unsatisfactory experience we encountered during our stay, which fell far below acceptable standards and the expectations set at the time of booking. 1. Last-Minute Cancellation Attempt — Significant Inconvenience We reserved this unit well in advance (July 8, 2026) specifically for our event, choosing the property solely for its proximity to the venue. Upon arrival, the owner unexpectedly requested that we cancel the booking entirely, citing air conditioning issues — with no prior notice whatsoever. This created severe disruption and stress to our scheduled plans. I had to proactively request alternative arrangements before a replacement unit in the same building was offered; we should never have been placed in this position on the day of our stay. 2. Unsanitary Premises & Missing Essentials The assigned room was not properly cleaned or prepared for guests. Cockroaches were visibly crawling throughout the unit — a serious health and hygiene concern that is completely unacceptable for paid accommodation. Additionally, basic toiletries were not provided, despite being standard expected amenities; I had to explicitly request these items during our stay. 3. Unauthorized Fee Increase & Misrepresented Charges The booking terms clearly stated a *** service fee payable at check-in. However, upon arrival, the owner demanded ***, justifying the increase as a “peak season surcharge” — even though we booked months in advance and were never notified of any additional fees. Furthermore, I was initially under the impression this amount was a deposit, only to discover it was an extra, non-refundable charge. With this addition, our total payment reached *** — a price point far exceeding value for money, especially compared to much higher-quality hotel accommodations available for less than half this cost. Conclusion This stay was marred by unprofessional communication, unsanitary conditions, missing basic amenities, and unexpected price inflation. We booked here for convenience, not anticipating a property that failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, transparency, and hospitality. We will absolutely not rebook this property and cannot recommend it to other users/travellers.
