    I would’ve gave this review a much higher rating if it wasn’t for the woman at the front desk of reception with an extremely bad attitude who works at night. I don’t know why these types of people work in customer service, or why they’re employed in such roles in the first place when they clearly either don’t like working with people or simply don’t care. From the start, she had a complete attitude about her which you could sense. She failed to even greet people that came in to the hotel. To the management, I’d strongly recommend reviewing this person as the other two staff members I came across who worked during the day time were lovely, but this person clearly doesn’t like her job. She was unable to find the paperwork for my check in and acted as if it’s my fault. Other than that bad experience - the room itself was clean and nice, and as previously mentioned, the other staff were accommodating. There are no facilities such as a gym or pool but this is stated.
