It is good but it lacks amenities and quality, the tv is not working on the time of our stay, the system has a problem? Because the pass key given to me is for the room that is already occupied, sorry for the couple we invade due to the system error, the pass key also not updated regularly when I use it theres an error and I need to report again, but overall it is still a good stay, we just spend a night there

The staff were nice and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, the room could use some improvements, especially for guests staying for several days. The room felt a little outdated, and I noticed black ants around the room, an itchy bed, a leaking air conditioner, and a somewhat dated smell. I hope these can be looked into to make future guests feel more comfortable. Overall, I think the suites may be more suitable for just overnight than longer stays.
