    Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The TV in the room was not working, and there was no Wi-Fi connection provided. What was more frustrating was that we had to complain first before they offered to provide a router or Wi-Fi connection. These basic amenities should have been checked and provided before guests arrived. I hope the hotel improves its room maintenance and communication with guests. The experience could have been much better if these issues had been addressed proactively.
