    Check-in in the hotel is so slow......it takes 50 minutes before we go to our room.....the room is ok but the internet is slow.....hopefully next time they can improve on this matter.....

    Room is decent ,clean and normal size. i expected large room same with the picture and the size stated, but a bit disappointed. Lift sensor not working well. Buffet breakfast is terrible , no variety , staff is not accomodating and when its almost 10am the foods almost finished also ,they did not refill, pathetic! Location is near makati circuit tower and ayala makati.

    tldr: had to eat the cost and just book a new hotel due to unclean conditions. Staff: Very nice and welcoming. Absolutely no issues with staff at all. All gave warm greetings and farewells and had a general helpful demeanor. Location: The area outside the hotel is a little sketchy especially at night. However, it’s close enough to popular areas via grab so it’s not necessarily inconvenient. Simply put, though it is in Makati, it doesn’t have the feel of tourist areas or nicer areas in Makati. Cleanliness: The condition of the room was nothing like the pictures on the site. After a long international flight, my group was excited to arrive at a clean hotel but was disappointed to see that there was mold and mildew and a build up of rust and dirt in the hotel room and shower. The air conditioner was filled with mold. I live in a humid area so I know it takes work to keep ac units clean but a clean ac unit is still within my expectations at a hotel we are paying to stay in. It rained while we were there and we were also disappointed to notice that the windows didn’t keep water out of the room so there was a large puddle near the bed. The gym was also dirty and had a distinct mildew smell as well as raised carpet from what may have been water damage. We only lasted one night before my whole group decided to just absorb the cost of our planned 3 night stay and move to a different hotel.
