We had to transfer to another room after we had settled because the keypad wouldn't work. Both rooms were spotless, which we like and the staff when called were very responsive. Her kindness and quick action made a difference on our reactions.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed it a lot. The view was breath taking. Will definitely recommend!
