Clean room and comfortable stay. I liked that there’s a pool, and they also offer paid parking which is very convenient. Overall, a good place to stay in Manila.

The property was clean, and did have a swimming pool which we didn’t use. Balcony was useful and had decent views
The location on booking,com is wrong. This means you have to walk for 20 minutes to access the metro. Communication with the owner prior to visit was poor to start with. It was difficult to access the property and security staff wouldn’t like us in, until owner had given permission. WiFi didn’t work and there was no tourist information in the property. Communication with the owner did improve.

We usually stay and shore and a residences… radiance is far better and will only stay here from now on when we’re in Manila
Can’t pick one single thing. Be good if the door entry was a smart lock but other than that very happy
