    Been here many times over, during arrival or departure from Philippines, I always book 2-3 nights stay in Sogo. Not for anything else but for convenience.. It's the center where i can get anywhere i wanted too plus behind it is the terminal to a bus leading to my City up north in the mountains.

    Dear Sogo Management Team, I am writing to share feedback based on my recent experiences. I have been a guest at Sogo for over 10 years. However, during two separate stays this year once in May with my wife and children, and again currently staying in room 417 with my wife the level of service was notably below my expectations. Both visits were affected by slow service and a lack of attentiveness from staff. Based on my experience working in the hospitality industry, I understand the operational challenges teams face. That said, when fundamental service standards are not met, it reflects a gap in training and supervision that should be addressed promptly. As a long-time regular guest, I am concerned that without improvement, Sogo risks losing loyal customers. I value the brand and hope to see these issues resolved. I look forward to experiencing the standard of service that brought me back for the past decade during my next visit.
