    At first, the aircon in my initial room was not cold enough, but the staff (room attendant ) handled it very well. They quickly transferred me to another room without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The new room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very approachable and accommodating. The location is also very convenient, very near the airport, perfect for transit or early flights. Overall, I had a good stay. Thank you for the good service! Will consider staying again.

    Location wise, near food chains (chowking, mcdo and jollibee). Convenient for your transpo needs (MRT and LRT stations). Near airport as well.

    I was with my Aunt. I found this specific hotel branch of Sogo as a suggestion from chat gpt because I am unfamiliar of Manila City. Anyway, most front desk staff are okay however one probably did not have a good day could learn more soft skills as that is an important part of her job. The hallway carpet smells and the toilet doormat smells. Hot water shower doesn't work. Low bidet water pressure. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 night. It is a budget hotel I understand, but I found another hotel with a 300pesos difference but is 10x way more better. I am sorry, I just want other guests and users to be aware as well. Thanks.
