    A well-located property with clean surroundings, helpful staff, and solid facilities. The amenities made the stay comfortable, while the good sleep quality, convenient transport options and easy airport access added to the overall convenience. It offers strong value for money and is an easy property to recommend.

    The staff were very friendly, but the room was disappointing. The aircon wasn't working properly and left me sweating instead of cool. There was no hot water, no kettle, no microwave, and no refrigerator, even though Agoda listed a fridge. Only one bottle of water was provided. Shortly after I checked in, a knock woke me up because staff said my room was due for cleaning, which showed poor coordination with reception. It's fine for sleeping and showering, but overall I didn't enjoy my stay.

    The experience is great! If you want to feel like a real tourist, check the people here. Everyone is polite, cheerful and helpful. The guards will make sure you feel protected. The staff will always have what you need, at least in our case. If you want a 5-star quality staff, Kabayan Hotel staff is the answer.
