    It was a bit traumatic as the photos were quite misleading, also the reviews. The reception area has a bit of bad smell, like cockroach smell coz it was really outdated. The basement parking was so narrow, we were on B4 and it was really a challenge going there. Then from B4, the elevator was not working coz they are under maintenance from 12mn to 3am. We had to take the stairs with our things. The guards on duty were not very helpful. It was scary and I get paranoid knowing there is no elevator and we are on the 20th. The room was decent and clean, no foul smell even if the beddings and towels look a bit overused. The windows in the room won't open, adding to my anxiety. The attendant / concierge were helpful when we were checking out, he helped with our things going to B4. The things we like is the Fortune Bakery downstairs and that it was near the office but finding the enteance to the parking was really hard with many one way roads.

    Went for business. The manually operated elevator is a bit cumbersome, you have to call the lobby guard everytime you need to use the elevator but that's it. I used the stairs going down and waited for the elevator, going up.

    Prince Plaza II was somehow an old building, but we were surprised that it is well maintained. Staff were accommodating and respectful. The security personnel is quick to respond to whoever is in need of the elevator service (to ride the elevator, you have to call lobby and request it)

    We were placed at the 6th flr and receptionist during my checkin didn't even bother explaining that the elevator doesn't work during 12am-3am, i found out late after already showering and using the room toiletries. I called reception to confirm it and we were adv that if the elevator isn't working we're basically on our own (use the stairs). I had my son with me with special needs and so everytime we go out, we had to cut our evenings and go back to make it before the elevator cutoff. Elevator guy pressing the buttons was rude when i asked questions. I didn't like how grumpy he was. But the last and biggest issue i had with the staff is on our last day. Checkout is at 12pm, someone rang the doorbell by 11:15 and for some reason he was trying to open the door. And he did without consent! Good thing i finished dressing just in time and the door chain was on and he was peeking inside when i asked what he was trying to do. He said it was checkout time and that he was housekeeping. i said its supposed to be till 12pm. I felt afraid. I told him he shouldn't open doors and he said he rang the doorbell, still i said what he did was wrong. He apologized but i still felt very unsafe so i showed him that i wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. Because of this experience, i dont feel comfortable traveling and doing staycations on condo motels anymore. And I'd rather commute back and forth whenever i go to makati from now on.
