    Near Makati CBD though was not able to check convenience store availability. Pet friendly is such a plus! Very helpful staff too, hope the room will also have television same as other cityflats. Overall good stay and will definitely be on the top of my list for Makati accommodations.

    I remember staying in this dorm a few years back. It was cleaned then and all. But now, I am not so sure. Anyway, I have a few things to address that I hope will help improve their service. 1. I tried to contact using their contact number to inform my late arrival, but it's not available. 2. I sent a message to the property about my arrival time due to I'll be coming from overseas, but no reply. 3. The room is not so clean even though they have housekeeping. It's not clean because I've seen a few cocroaches. There's a lot of mosquitoes as well. 4. There's no hand washing soap in the dorm. 5. They have a pantry but no water dispenser to complement the tenants. 6. I tried to work in the room, but data works pretty slow. They also don't have WiFi, except in the reception area only. 7. As someone who works remotely. Even tho they have WiFi in the reception area, but there's no plugs nor sockets available to plug gadgets. So it was frustrating to work. 8. Tried to work in the pantry with tables and chairs, I had to steal the socket meant for the microwave lol, but then, WiFi doesn't work. Data doesn't work. 9. Housekeeping people doesn't seems to be warm nor approachable, I girl doesn't smile for courtesy. 10. Lockers/vaults in the dorm doesn't have any keys. The only good thing that I appreciate the most is how much the guards welcome and assists guests. Kuya guard duty at night during my stay, he was kind, helpful and understanding. The rest is okay. I'm sending this review not to criticize but in hopes that they can improve the above concerns to a better way managing business. There's a lot hostels offers good quality services and cheap. So I hope you don't fall behind. 🙂 God bless to the management. Thank you.
