    Excellent service and a spotless room! The staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and the room was perfectly neat and clean. Highly recommended!

    I’ve used Red Planet before . But, now they really loss the customer service . They only clean your room every two days, not everyday. If you want new towels that charge you 50 pesos for it. They don’t give you any slippers or toiletries like they use to give it for free! Not anymore !! Very disappointed in the service . I will stop using Red Planet .
