    I've been staying at this hotel for the last 12-14 yrs whenever i'm in manila. I think it's time to make a lot of changes especially the rooms, restaurant the breakfast buffet is not used to be and maybe the whole building needs some serious renovation or some attention. I noticed that the person who runs the hotel does not know how to manage or does not care at all. I'll give all your staff a plus if it was mot for them i won't be coming bact to stay there....I hope this will help you understand from customer side to make it better and improve the whole hotel...thanks

    We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. A queen size bed for a family of 3. If you are planning a night out in Malate club scene or day tour in the city. This is a greatbplace it is locate right in the middle with lots of 7/11s, money changers, and fast food chains. The hotel is on the older side but maintained. The air-conditioning was excellent. You have your breakfast, coffee and fresh eggs in the morning. I would recommend this hotel for a night in the city or a good night’s rest after a long day in Manila.

    1. There was no flat iron available inside the room as published in Agoda. 2. No slippers. 3. Aircon temperature does not seem to adjust. 4. Receptionists are not as attentive and pleasant. 5. No toothbrush and toothpaste.
