    We are frequent guests of Red Planet Binondo, so we decided to try Red Planet Mabini for the first time. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing and did not meet the expectations we had based on our previous stays with the brand. According to the hotel’s advertisement, the room should have a kettle and refrigerator, but upon arrival, neither was available. There was also no bathmat in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The biggest issue happened the following morning when we woke up and found the floor wet because the air-conditioning unit was leaking. This was concerning and made the room uncomfortable. We also politely asked the front desk if we could request a kettle. Instead of simply providing one, we were told that we would need to upgrade our room if we wanted a kettle. As frequent guests of Red Planet Binondo, we were disappointed by the difference in service and room amenities at Mabini. We hope management can look into these concerns, especially the accuracy of the advertised amenities, room maintenance, and the way guest requests are handled. We hope our next stay with Red Planet will be a better experience.
