Everything was clean and comfortable, home from home, great location for visiting Il Giardino dell 'Iris. Leonardo was so helpful and understanding, especially of my phone not working in Italy. He was super. It was good to know he was around if needed.

Die Lage ist toll und es gibt viele gute Informationen vom Vermieter. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, man kann das positive Bestreben der Vermieter erkennen.
Leider sind die Fenster sehr alt und am Abend hört man den Lärm von der Straße bis 1Uhr sehr gut, das Selbe am Morgen. Sämtliche Türen des Apartments schließen nicht richtig, bei mehreren Gästen gibt es also wenig Privatsphäre.
In der Küche herrscht teilweise ein strenger Geruch.

La casa era molto carina, pulita e accogliente. Abbastanza centrale. Nonostante i 3 piani a piedi, ne vale la pena assolutamente. Personale accogliente e disponibile, serio e che ci è venuto incontro in tutto e per tutto . Attrezzata in tutto. Complimenti
Poche pecche: c’è un po’ di puzza appena si entra a casa, nonostante sia molto pulita, e dal rubinetto del bagno scende lentamente l acqua. Da migliorare comodità del divano letto

Appartamento confortevole e corredato di tutto il necessario per viverci, pulito e caldo per noi del sud in vacanza a Firenze in giorni freddini.
Il proprietario gentile e disponibile
Zona signorile, con locali dove poter bere e mangiare senza allontanarsi troppo, comunque poco lontana da Ponte Vecchio se si ama camminare, giusto 10 minuti dal centro.
