The absentee owner and his father, who is the onsite manager, are extremely helpful and kind. The apartment is very close to the promenade and all the beach activity. The rooms were very clean and seemed to be newly renovated.
We lost internet service for a couple of days.

The owner and his parents were wonderful, and the location is simply ideal, but the clensiness left a bit to be desired, and the room was pretty rundown.
