Lovey apartment with everything we needed. Clean. Washing and drying machine. Separate bedroom from living area. Short walk to transportation.
The road leading to the property was very steep - which is not untypical in Edinburgh, but as we’re in our 60’s and 70’s it was a daily challenge to climb the hill to the centre.
We had no personal contact with the host, but instructions were clear regarding the access and use of appliances.
We would recommend the host supplies a universal adapter for electricity or usb chargers - for visitors like ourselves from other countries.
We did thoroughly enjoy the stay though.

Lovely little basement flat, just right for two people and 15 min walk from main centre.
Neighbours noisy behind kitchen area with non stop dog barking 😕
Obviously not the hosts fault, but very annoying at times.

Location was excellent
It was quiet up to 8:00 in the morning when the workmen arrived to replace windows in the upper unit! So no sleeping in which was a bit annoying.
Washer instructions were too difficult to understand!
