About this house rental
On the wild coast on the west face of Oléron, come and enjoy this magnificent house renovated in 2021. With a breathtaking view of the ocean, it is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
Large living room with natural light through dining room and open kitchen with ocean view.
Three bedrooms, the first with a double bed of 140, the second with two bunk beds (beds of 90) and the third with a double bed of 140.
Bathroom with bathtub and double separate toilet
Upstairs:
Beautiful master suite with ocean view and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
On the garden level:
A second fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room.
Two independent suites that do not communicate from the inside of the house, with 180 cm beds, private bathrooms with walk-in showers and separate toilets.
These two bedrooms are also equipped with a 90 single bed each that can bring the capacity of the house to 16 people.
Outside:
Swimming pool at the back of 30 m2 heated from June 1st to the end of September depending on weather conditions, equipped with a secure roller shutter and wooden terrace.
A shaded petanque court and a pergola allowing lunch for 14/16 people.
On the front of the house, beautiful terrace with ocean view, possibility to park 4 vehicles on spaces materialized in the property.
Local shops 5 minutes away by car (port of La Côtinière or Domino market).
Bike paths in front of the house. Beach walk, in front of the house.
Nice service, linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.
House without terraces and calm assured.
All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy....
At certain times, the house is rentable for 10 people (4 bedrooms in the main part) at an adjusted price!
Upon arrival, a deposit for cleaning/rubbish will be requested by the concierge. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the house is returned in a suitable condition. The amount is 300€, payable by check or cash.
Possibility to rent bicycles or request additional services at preferential rates from the concierge service.

This is a beautiful stylish, super clean and comfortable villa. It literally has everything you need to easily cater for a large group of people. There are many options for finding a quiet spot to chill and for those big group gatherings. It is the perfect location for enjoying your morning coffee and your evening aperitif watching the sun rise and fall over the horizon. The saline pool was a lovely surprise and is it a very short walk from the beach opposite, although the rocky sea floor made it difficult to swim in unless the tide was high. The location is ideal for accessing all the wonderful towns and beaches that the island has to offer by bike or car. The only feedback we have is that the bedrooms ( particularly on the ground and upper floor) would benefit from air conditioning or the provision or fans. We did find that these rooms did get quite hot through the night during the height of summer. Nevertheless, as a family group ranging from 8 to 80 years of age, we had the most wonderful week and this villa offered the most exceptional venue for us to do this with comfort, ease and convenience. We all wished we had booked a second week.

The property is very well located in a quiet neighbourhood.
It is also very well equipped. The reception was very pleasant. I would recommend it to anyone to stay here
