About this house rental
FR9PMECX - Village house located 15 minutes by bike from the first beaches, composed of a central building with a large kitchen-dining room, large living room, 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom on ground floor with shower room and separate WC, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 wc)
An additional studio, opposite the main building, with a double bed on the mezzanine, a single sofa bed and 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and wc.
The summer lounge has a large dining table, so you can enjoy the sunny days early.
Old house completely renovated with all comforts: central heating, working fireplace (wood provided) and Wifi.
It has very beautiful volumes, large rooms including a 60m2 living room, a kitchen-dining table welcoming 12 to 14 people.
The house is totally suitable for large families or groups allowing everyone to have their space. The rooms are 20m² each.
The Village: a bakery and an excellent butcher's shop 2 steps from the house, a covered market open every day of the year 5 mins walk from the house and a small supermarket 5 mins walk.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette magnifique maison. Jean et Elisabeth sont des hôtes fantastiques qui occupent eux-mêmes la maison hors saison. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise à tout moment. La maison est équipée de tout ce dont on a besoin pour des vacances en famille (nous étions 8 personnes) et offre beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Elle est aménagée individuellement et avec goût. Nous avons profité de la nouvelle piscine pendant la journée et avons passé de superbes soirées dans la magnifique cour intérieure. L'emplacement est top, nous pouvions aller à pied au marché quotidien, au supermarché et à la boulangerie, mais c'était quand même très calme. Nous y retournerions à tout moment. Merci beaucoup à Elisabeth et Jean !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine entre amis dans cette maison , elle est parfaite pour une semaine de vacances , la piscine chauffée est particulièrement appréciée.
La maison est idéalement placée sur l’île et permet aisément d’aller sur les plages ouest et Est.
Les propriétaires sont très accessibles et sympathiques !
A prévoir peut être une douche à la piscine pour pouvoir se rincer mais ce n’est qu un détail .

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables dans cette très jolie maison. Elle est idéalement située ( au Nord , proche des plages en vélo tout en étant au cœur d’un village : boulangerie , boucherie , marché couvert et autres sont à 5 minutes à pied Max.).
Au delà de l’emplacement, c’est une maison où l’on se sent comme à chez soi , extrêmement bien équipée . Très agréable quand il pleut et que le temps contraint à rester en intérieur . D’autant plus que la bibliothèque a ravi petits et grands !
Enfin , nos hôtes ont été très réactifs pour nos diverses questions et très attentionnés .
En somme , nous recommandons pleinement cette maison pour passer de belles vacances en famille ou à plusieurs !
