About this house rental
Large character house tastefully decorated at the end of the 19th century of 180 m2 in the center of Saint Denis but set back from the road on the inner courtyard.
The beautiful beach with cabins and the marina (direct access to La Rochelle and Fouras via the maritime network) are 5 minutes' walk away.
All the shops and the market are at the door of the house.
It is composed of a large entrance which serves a kitchen lounge of 50 m2 overlooking a garden with trees and sheltered from all view due south, the necessary for beautiful evenings around the barbecue is at your disposal
A bathroom is on the ground floor with WC
You will take a wooden staircase which will lead you to a vast landing composed of a reading area and TV in rows 3 bedrooms of 16 m2 follow one another, one with a shower room.
One bedroom with a bed in 180 and the other in 160, the third dormitory room for 6 children.
Dogs allowed 50 euros per week
